Please read this section carefully:

Educational purpose only: All content on ONCHAIN DO is provided solely for information, training and simulation purposes.

No investment advice: ONCHAIN DO does not provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice. We do not make recommendations to buy or sell cryptocurrencies or financial instruments.

Risk of total loss: Trading cryptocurrencies is highly speculative and carries extreme risk. Users trade with real money entirely at their own risk. ONCHAIN DO is not liable for losses resulting from real trading decisions.

Simulation only: All results from simulators, risk tools, or AI analyses are hypothetical and do not allow any conclusions about future real profits.

3. Service Description and Availability

Subject matter: ONCHAIN DO provides access to a digital learning environment including lessons, quizzes, trading simulators, journal features, and the AI coach "CIPHER".

No success guarantee: We owe the provision of technical infrastructure and content, but not any specific learning outcome, behavioral change, or increased trading profitability.

Availability: We aim for 98% average annual availability. Excluded are necessary maintenance work, security updates, and disruptions caused by force majeure or technical issues outside our control.

4. AI Features and Coach "CIPHER"

How it works: CIPHER is an artificial-intelligence-based system. Its responses are generated and probabilistic.

Risk of errors: AI systems can "hallucinate", i.e. they can produce factually incorrect, incomplete or contradictory information. Users must critically review AI output and must not act on it unverified.

Not a substitute: CIPHER does not replace a human coach, therapist, or financial advisor.

Usage limits: We reserve the right to limit query capacity (rate limiting) for technical or economic reasons.

5. Gamification: XP, Badges and Progress

Virtual values: Experience points (XP), levels, badges, or "gates" serve purely to encourage motivation and visualize learning progress.

No monetary value: These elements have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for real money or cryptocurrency.

Right to change: We may adjust the logic behind progress systems at any time to maintain learning quality or fairness.

6. Registration and User Account

Minimum age: Use of ONCHAIN DO is permitted only to persons aged 18 or older. By registering, the user expressly confirms having reached the age of 18. ONCHAIN DO does not knowingly collect data from persons under 18. If we become aware that an account was created by a minor, it will be blocked without delay and the stored data deleted.

Duty of care: Users must keep their credentials confidential. Sharing an account with third parties ("account sharing") is prohibited.

Suspension: In case of reasonable suspicion of abuse, automated scraping, or violations of these Terms, ONCHAIN DO is entitled to suspend or permanently block the account.

7. Payment Terms and Subscriptions

Prices: The prices stated at the time of order apply. Pursuant to §19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), no VAT is charged (small business exemption); all prices are final prices.

Term/Cancellation: Subscriptions automatically renew for the chosen term unless cancelled before the end of the current period. Cancellation can be done at any time, self-service, via Account settings (Manage Subscription), or in writing to onchaindo@gmail.com.

Payment method: Payments are processed via external providers (e.g. Stripe). Users are responsible for ensuring their chosen payment method has sufficient funds.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Early Expiration

Right of withdrawal: Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Expiration for digital content: The right of withdrawal expires early if, at the specific paid purchase, the user has expressly consented to ONCHAIN DO beginning performance of the contract (granting access) before the withdrawal period ends, and has confirmed that this consent causes the loss of the right of withdrawal for that purchase. This consent is collected separately at each purchase, not already at registration.

9. Usage Rights and Prohibitions

License: Users receive a simple, non-transferable right to use the content for private purposes.

Prohibited actions: In particular, the following are prohibited:

• Copying, recording, or redistributing course content.
• Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to extract data.
• Reverse-engineering the software or the AI logic.
• Using the platform to promote your own financial products or signal groups.

10. Community Rules and User Content

Responsibility: Users are liable for their contributions (journal, comments, community).

Rules of conduct: Insults, spam, "pump & dump" calls, distribution of malware, or extremist/discriminatory content lead to immediate suspension.

Moderation: ONCHAIN DO reserves the right to moderate, remove, or report content pursuant to the EU Digital Services Act if it violates applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

Unlimited liability: We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health.

Slight negligence: For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation (cardinal obligation). In this case, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

Trading losses: Liability for financial losses resulting from real trading is categorically excluded (see Section 2).

12. Data Protection

Information on how we process your data can be found in our separate Privacy Policy. Because we use AI technologies, please note that input to the coach "CIPHER" may be processed (in anonymized form) to improve the service.

13. Final Provisions

Governing law: The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

Dispute resolution: The EU Commission offers an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Severability clause: Should any provision of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

14. Cookie Policy

ONCHAIN TRADE DOJO uses cookies and similar technologies to ensure the platform operates properly and to improve the user experience. Below we inform you, pursuant to Art. 13 GDPR and §25 TDDDG, about the cookies we use.

14.1 Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are strictly necessary for the platform to operate. They cannot be disabled, as basic functions such as login and session management would not work without them.

14.2 Analytics cookies (consent-based only)

Only if you actively consent do we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymized usage statistics. This helps us improve the platform.

Note: Google Analytics is configured to truncate IP addresses before transmission anonymize_ip: true

14.3 Consent and Withdrawal

On your first visit to the platform, you are asked for consent via a cookie banner. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent. Analytics cookies are only activated after explicit consent.

You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by deleting all cookies in your browser or by re-opening the cookie settings via the banner. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
